Most of these illustrations have been selected from pages of dummy books that I put together through the years, mostly created while studying at the SVA. I really hope I will see one of them published one day! Enjoy!

About Me

Patrizia Barroero: New York, New York, United States; Once upon a time, a young girl from Italy went to New York looking for...not exactly a happy ending... 'cause happy endings are still endings... and where's the fun in that? So, she's just focusing on how to get there, day by day, wherever that is. So far, it's been amazing: life has taken her to the "Universite du Luxembourg", the Open University, U.K.,the Art Students League of New York, the School of Visual Arts, the Gotham Writer's Workshop (NY), and of course, to her beloved Montclair State University. The next paragraphs and chapters of her story remain to be written, and she's eager to discover what the "writer" has in mind for her... a PhD would be nice...but for the moment she enjoys her family and the gifts life has given her...
